Welcome to RESULTS Accident Rehab and Wellness in Richardson, Texas. I’d like to personally welcome and congratulate you on pursuing a natural path towards an improved quality of life.
Many people come to our offices because they are seeking help with back pain or they are suffering from neuropathy complication.
They’ve tried other treatments such as: over the counter pain meds, exercise, physical therapy, stronger meds, and even surgery. We’re often referred to as the “Doctors of last resort”, and that’s ok! In hindsight, many patients wish they had begun their quest for treatment at our office first.

When someone has a symptom, like pain, you can bet there is a malfunction, or interference causing it. We, in Chiropractic call that interference a Subluxation. A Subluxation is anything that causes an interruption in the body’s ability to function at its optimum. Specific to Chiropractic, a subluxation is usually rooted in a misaligned bone. If that bone is part of the spine – a spinal vertebra – then a subluxation of it will cause abnormal or restricted movement of the spine, and because the spine surrounds the spinal cord and protects the spinal nerves, the nervous system is always negatively affected as well.
Medicine can study the site of a symptom till the end of time, electrify it, drug it, rub it, ignore it, stretch it, freeze it, heat it or remove wherever the symptom is…And the cause may simply be disruption of normal nerve flow. Sometimes the “cure” can be simply removing the interference.
You’ve undoubtedly heard of “Pinched Nerves.” Sciatica, finger numbness, pain down the arm…all are symptoms of this. So many other maladies can also be related to irritated nerves, but we may not think of it that way. What about back pain? Poor immune system? Chronic indigestion? Headaches? GERD? Heart palpitations? Restless Leg Syndrome? Asthma? Reproductive dysfunctions? Lack of energy, foggy headedness, stiff neck…
It is possible that all can be traced to a bone out of place, or a segment of the spine that doesn’t move correctly. Only a Chiropractor can evaluate that possibility, and be able to correct the subluxation, bringing the body back to normal function.
